🔁 Exchange & Return Policy – Glamè

At Glamè, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we aim to provide a clear and transparent exchange and return policy 🤍

👀 Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspection is allowed only in the presence of the delivery courier.

  • 💸 Shipping fees are paid by the customer whether the order is accepted or refused.

  • Inspection is limited to checking size and appearance only, without using the product.

🔄 Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchange or return is available within 7 days from the delivery date 📆

  • Conditions:

    • Item must be in its original condition

    • Unused ❌

    • In the original packaging

    • Tags / stickers must be attached 🏷️

  • 🚚 In case of exchange or return, additional shipping fees are borne by the customer.

📦 Order Quantity Limit

  • The maximum number of items per order is 6 pieces.

  • If the order exceeds this limit:

    • The order will be split into an additional shipment

    • Extra shipping fees will apply

💳 High-Value Orders

  • For orders exceeding EGP 10,000:

    • A deposit of EGP 500 is required to confirm the order.

    • The deposit is fully refundable in case of order refusal, with shipping costs deducted only.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

  • In case of any manufacturing defect:

    • The defect must be clearly photographed and sent immediately

    • The item will be exchanged or refunded, and Glamè will cover all shipping costs ✔️

      👀 المعاينة عند الاستلام
      • المعاينة متاحة في وجود مندوب الشحن فقط.
      • 💸 تكلفة الشحن يتحملها العميل سواء تم الاستلام أو الرفض.
      • المعاينة تكون للتأكد من المقاس والشكل فقط بدون استخدام المنتج.

      🔄 الاستبدال والاسترجاع
      • متاح الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام 📆
      • يشترط:
      • المنتج يكون بحالته الأصلية
      • غير مستخدم ❌
      • بنفس التغليف الأصلي
      • التيكت / الاستيكر يكون موجود 🏷️
      • 🚚 في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن إضافية.

      📦 عدد القطع في الأوردر
      • الحد الأقصى للأوردر الواحد هو 6 قطع فقط.
      • في حالة زيادة العدد:
      • يتم تقسيم الأوردر على شحنة إضافية
      • ويتم تحصيل تكلفة شحن إضافية.

      💳 الأوردرات الكبيرة
      • في حالة أن قيمة الأوردر تتخطى 10,000 جنيه:
      • يتم دفع ديبوزيت 500 جنيه لتأكيد جدية الحجز.
      • يتم استرداد مبلغ الديبوزيت بالكامل في حالة عدم الاستلام مع خصم مصاريف الشحن فقط .

      ⚠️ العيوب أو التلف (الديفو)
      • في حالة وجود أي عيب صناعة:
      • يتم تصوير العيب وإرساله فورًا
      • وسيتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مع تحمل Glamè مصاريف الشحن بالكامل ✔️
